In preparation for a Summer 2025 opening of our new Mappin & Webb jewellery house in the vibrant city of Manchester, The Watches of Switzerland Group are seeking to recruit Client Experience Hosts.
Located over two floors and over 650 square meters of front of house the showroom will offer an exclusive collection of luxury jewellery brands, enhanced by the provision of a graceful, world class client experience.

As a Client Experience Host you will use your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients from the moment they enter our showroom, to create a personal and luxury experience that goes above and beyond expectations.
You will be hands-on and be involved in a variety of tasks including, spending a lot of time on the shop floor liaising with clients, and carrying out administrative duties in the back office.
