We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Ecommerce Team in Leicester. In this role, you will support the delivery of ecommerce and digital change initiatives across the Watches of Switzerland Group. You will take ownership of small change tickets as well as short‑ to medium‑term projects, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between internal teams and external partners, including luxury brand partners.
You will oversee project timelines, monitor risks, coordinate resources, and provide clear and consistent progress reporting. You will also contribute to continuous improvement across the digital delivery function, helping to strengthen processes and enhance the way we work.
About You
- Experience in ecommerce, digital operations, project support or a similar environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com).
- Highly organised with excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
