Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Stock Reconciliation Accountant to join our Finance Team.

You will ensure accurate reconciliation of consignment stock supplier accounts, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoices, credit notes, GRNI, supplier statements and sales reporting.

You will also support accurate financial records, strong supplier relationships, timely resolution of invoice and stock discrepancies, reliable consignment sales reporting and robust controls across accounts payable and stock reconciliation.

About You

  • Previous experience in accounts payable, supplier reconciliations, stock accounting, inventory finance, consignment stock reporting or a similar finance operations role.
  • Strong understanding of purchase-to-pay processes, including purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice matching, supplier payments and consignment sales reporting.
  • Excellent reconciliation, analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident investigating complex invoice, stock, price, quantity and consignment sales discrepancies.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, accruals, creditor balances, consignment stock arrangements and financial controls.
  • Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and reconciliation analysis.
  • Confident working with numbers, data and reconciliations.
