We are looking for a highly motivated IT professional with established leadership skills and an in-depth knowledge of IT functions to join our Support Centre in Leicester as the IT Business Relationship Manager. You will own and continuously improve the IT demand management process and work with key stakeholders in the business to identify and prioritize IT initiatives, develop business cases, allocate resources, and collaborate with project management to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with the company's strategic objectives.
