We are looking for a Pre Owned Watch Valuation Client Specialist to join our Virtual Boutique in London. You will assess watches submitted through the Virtual Boutique's "Sell Your Watch" service and create initial offers presented to clients. You will lead client‑facing consultations and deliver a seamless end‑to‑end experience, from reviewing the watch and generating the offer to converting the opportunity into a completed intake. In addition, you will provide valuations and offers to Virtual Boutique colleagues, manage the online self‑service form, and undertake product consultations in line with demand for the Virtual Boutique service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales experience in the luxury industry
