We are looking for a Digital Enquiries Ambassador to join our Virtual Boutique, based in our London Office.
As our Digital Ambassador you will be the first point of contact for all digital enquiries for specific high-end luxury watch brands for Watches of Switzerland, Mappin & Webb and Goldsmiths. Enquiries will be via email and our virtual platform, chat, audio and video. Through strong communication skills you will use your expertise to deal efficiently with initial email and web enquiries, to offer support to clients who may have questions or concerns about a specific timepiece or liaise.
