Job Description
We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our existing Infrastructure Server Admin Team. The role will provide day to day support and project work to the areas of servers, storage, Active Directory and Backups plus more.
Responsibilities
- Provide day to day IT support and project work for servers, storage, Active Directory and backups, among other areas.
- Own problems and follow issues through to completion.
- Work in an extremely busy IT server environment and collaborate closely with the team.
- Be flexible to move between day-to-day business as usual activities and project work.
About You
- Familiarity with ESX Hosts and VX Rail
- Working experience of VMware and Virtual Servers
- Experience with Dell VSAN Storage and troubleshooting in VSAN environments
- Ability to configure VLAN networking for VMs
- Working knowledge of Active Directory administration
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and virtually
- Experience working with Veeam software
- Understanding of Azure server, systems, and application administration
- Experience setting up VMs, networks, and security in Azure
