In preparation for a Summer 2026 opening of The New Rolex Boutique in Glasgow, The Watches of Switzerland Group are seeking to recruit an Aftersales Consultant to join!
Do you have excellent organisational skills? Do you see yourself growing and developing your career in luxury retail? Can you build close relationships with clients that last beyond a single sale? Our Aftersales Consultants are passionate about what they do! A team player with a keen eye for detail you will act as a guarantor of excellent ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience in our Aftersales Department. Taking in repairs, ordering the required parts, and assisting clients in understanding their service warranties you will be working closely with internal and external workshops to ensure Aftercare orders are completed in good time and to the expected levels of service.
