Job Description

We are looking for an Events Assistant to join our Events Team in London. You will provide support to the Events functions of the Marketing department to ensure we deliver key projects and events on time.

We are looking for an Events Assistant to join our Events Team in London. You will provide support to the Events functions of the Marketing department to ensure we deliver key projects and events on time.

This is a dynamic and varied role, where you will work as part of the central marketing team, supporting the development and implementation of our Events programme and in line with the overall marketing brand strategies for the Watches of Switzerland Group of brands (Goldsmiths, Mappin & Webb, Watches of Switzerland and Monobrand Boutiques).

We\’re looking for someone who is passionate, spontaneous, and responsive, with willingness to learn a progress within the team.

About You

  • Experience within an Events/Marketing department
  • Passion for events and eager to contribute new ideas
  • Very good copywriting skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) skills
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Good invoicing/budget capability
  • Willingness to learn and progress within the team
  • Passion for events
