You will lead the small internal Security Operations Center (SOC) team, overseeing incident detection and response activities, and ensuring effective implementation of security monitoring and vulnerability management programs.

We are looking for a Cyber Security Operations Lead to oversee the organisation\’s daily cybersecurity operations to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information systems. You will lead the small internal Security Operations Center (SOC) team, overseeing incident detection and response activities, and ensuring effective implementation of security monitoring and vulnerability management programs.
About You
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus in operations such as a SOC.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks, SIEM, and incident response tools.
- A proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Willing to be part of an on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 incident response coverage.
- Hands-on experience with incident response, threat hunting, and forensic analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud security (e.g., Azure, AWS), network security, and endpoint protection.
