Job Description

As Aftersales Regional Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance and operations of a network of Service Centres and Workshops within your region, ensuring they run to exceptional standards.

You will maximise productivity, maintain the highest quality standards and ensure that working environments are efficient and safe.. You will be responsible for the people management and leadership of teams within these locales, ensuring there are strong workforce and engagement plans in place, partnering with HR to ensure plans are robust and support is in place.
