We are seeking an experienced Watch Technician to join our growing workshop. This is a hands-on role for someone who already has experience working on watches and can confidently carry out common repair and maintenance tasks to a high standard. Experience within a watch repair centre, jeweller, service centre, or similar environment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Quartz movement replacements
- Glass and crystal fitting
- Crown and pusher replacement
- Battery replacements and maintenance services
- Case and bracelet disassembly/reassembly
- Resealing and pressure testing
- Bracelet repairs and sizing
- Fault diagnosis and assessment
- Quality control of completed work
- Maintaining workshop standards and productivity targets
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Watch Technician or in a similar watch repair role
- Ability to work confidently with small precision components
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload efficiently
- Reliable, professional and self-motivated
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- Watch case and bracelet polishing
- Experience with luxury watch brands
