The Role
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You'll drive top-of-funnel activity, qualify leads, and set up high-quality conversations for our Account Executives. Your goal? Build pipeline, spark interest, and open doors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect and identify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound leads and assess potential fit.
- Set up discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales Development on outbound campaigns.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM (Salesforce) and using high quality outreach tools (Apollo & Cognism) to build pipeline.
- Stay sharp on industry trends and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or lead generation experience.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Ambitious, coachable, and goal-driven personality.
- Resilient with a positive attitude – you bounce back fast.
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar.
