In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for learner drivers who have enquired about driving lessons. You’ll guide them through our available lesson packages, answer their questions, and help them take the next step towards getting on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Making and receiving calls from learner drivers
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable lesson packages
- Handling enquiries through our CRM system, including SMS, email, and social media
- Checking, tracking, and matching payments to customer records
- Maintaining spreadsheets and collating key data
- Carrying out general office administration, including digital and manual filing
