WatchHouse in London/based production bakery seeks a skilled Baker to produce viennoiserie, pastries and baked goods with precision. You will oversee lamination, dough prep, fermentation, baking and finishing, ensuring quality and consistency while upholding food safety and cleanliness.
Reporting to the Bakery Production Manager, you will collaborate with Bakery Assistants to minimise waste, follow SOPs, and help develop seasonal ranges that delight our Houses.
