Our mission is to connect businesses and streamline the trade of waste materials globally. As a rapidly growing company, we seek a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to serve as the face of WasteTrade by handling inquiries, resolving issues and contributing to our continued success.

Key responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Proactively reach out to customers to address inquiries, provide assistance and gather feedback. Conduct after-sales performance calls to ensure satisfaction and identify areas of improvement.
- Support: Assist users with the registration process, guiding them through any necessary steps and troubleshooting issues that arise. Facilitate onboarding new customers, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources to make the most of our products, services, and marketplace.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering growth and trust. Update and manage CRM SalesForce: assist in generating reports and sales and marketing campaigns. Manage in-bound leads; Live Chat, Sell page forms and distribute quality prospects. Manage the LinkedIn presence and respond to enquiries. Manage all email enquiries that come in.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the company’s database. Generate reports on customer service metrics and performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of English and/or (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Polish, Turkish, or other).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the Sales and Operations.
- Analytical and systematic approach.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a warm and polite manner.
