About the Role
We are seeking a Mobile Technical Services Chemist to join our clients growing Technical Services team. This role involves organising and coordinating hazardous waste collections from client sites across the UK, ensuring full compliance with legislation and safety procedures. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, committed, and flexible professional with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work independently under pressure. Key Responsibilities
- Organise and execute hazardous waste collections from customer sites.
- Pack, label, and segregate hazardous waste in compliance with UK regulations.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with current legislation.
- Maintain necessary packing materials and a safe, orderly working environment.
- Conduct risk assessments at client sites to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load hazardous waste onto vehicles and transport safely to waste disposal facilities.
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and EU Drivers Hours Regulations.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers.
