WasteRecruit has been retained by a leading environmental compliance organisation to recruit a Compliance Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly, and mission-driven UK team, part of a global group helping major brands meet their environmental obligations and build a more circular economy. The business supports over 600 companies in the UK and is part of a pan-European organisation with 25 offices across 20 countries, having already collected over 10 million tonnes of packaging, e-waste, and batteries.

The Role

As Compliance Account Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Membership Compliance team, responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of WEEE, packaging, and battery compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for your own portfolio of compliance scheme Members
  • Handle queries professionally and efficiently
  • Develop an understanding of the relevant Regulations (WEEE, Batteries, Packaging) to offer quality advice
  • Ensure timely delivery of regulatory reporting and customer communications
  • Support the creation and distribution of bulk email communications and scheme updates

Location & Travel

The role is based out of the Midlands office (Nuneaton) and follows an Agile Working model (hybrid). Occasional UK travel may be required.
