Are you a motivated self-starter who thrives on hitting targets and winning new business? WasteRecruit has been retained to support the recruitment of a New Sales Consultant to drive growth in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. This is a field-based role where your ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals will shape the future of our sales success.

You’ll be responsible for developing your own pipeline while also managing warm internal leads. If you’re driven, professional, and thrive in a results-focused setting, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver ÂŁ50,000+ in monthly revenue through new customer acquisition
  • Qualify prospects and manage an active sales pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Book and complete 10+ meetings per month, with 2+ same-day appointments as standard
  • Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per office-based day
  • Achieve one national or group deal per quarter
  • Ensure 60%+ of closed business comes from new leads
  • Complete quotes and engagement letters within five working days
  • Track all communication through phone systems and CRM
  • Return to base before 4:00 p.m. to begin quotes if fieldwork is complete
