Our client is an environmental and waste management company operating a permitted hazardous waste transfer station in Cheshire. The Company supports a wide range of clients in the safe and environmentally responsible disposal of their hazardous waste.
Due to expansion, a vacancy currently exists for a Graduate Site Chemist. The main purpose of the role is to conduct acceptance analysis on incoming waste, ensuring that wastes are suitably and safely stored on site and dispatched from site.
This is a trainee role, on a temporary contract and you will be provided with full, on the job, training, with the aim of developing into a permanent role. The role will involve you actively working on the transfer station both in and outdoors.
You must be a chemist, either HND or degree qualified, with an interest in the practical application of chemistry.
