As a Procurement Data Processor, you will be responsible for the management of parts, materials and commodities at our Energy from Waste facility. You will support procurement activities, maintain inventory data, manage purchase orders and supplier relationships, and help ensure stock availability while adhering to company policies, procedures and safety standards. This vacancy is for a full-time position.
What will you be doing?
- Managing the Q4 stock inventory database and generating reports
- Monitoring stock levels and reviewing inventory parameters to minimise stock shortages
- Raising and managing requests for quotations for stock, consumables and tools
- Reviewing supplier quotations and making recommendations to stakeholders
- Raising, receiving and managing purchase orders in line with company procedures
- Progressing supplier orders to ensure timely delivery
- Maintaining inventory records within the MRP database
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
