Customer Service Agent (Waste Management) North London Attractive Salary Our client, a leading Waste Management and Recycling company in London specialising in Construction Waste, is looking to appoint a Customer Service Agent to joins it’s busy customer service department. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and clients, your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. * Managing service bookings, including scheduling pick-ups, deliveries, and waste disposal appointments. * Maintaining a high level of professionalism while addressing customer requirements, concerns and feedback. * Providing accurate information regarding services, scheduling, pricing, and Company policies. * Handling customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring resolution in line with company standards. * Coordinating with other departments (e.g. Logistics, Operations, and Management) to ensure smooth service delivery. * Following up with customers after service delivery to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. * Monitoring and reporting on customer feedback trends to help improve service delivery. * Collaborating with the sales team to provide support for new client accounts and business opportunities. Key Skills and Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the Waste Management or Construction Industry. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner. * Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude toward issue resolution. * Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. * Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of CRM software (experience with waste management systems is a plus). * Knowledge of the construction and waste management sector's health, safety, and environmental regulations is advantageous. * A friendly and approachable demeanour with a genuine passion for helping customers. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, plus every other Saturday morning (7:30am – 12:00pm). Ref: J9517
