Overview
Our client is a leading provider of environmental compliance and data management services in the UK and Internationally. A vacancy exists for an Account Manager to join the company’s Data Insights division. Data Insights serves over 300 clients, including strategic accounts, many of which are Key Account Managed, and is responsible for ensuring the accurate submission of over 15% of the UK’s total packaging recycling obligation as part of a multi-tiered service offering.
Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, maintaining regular, appropriate communication and identifying opportunities for increased interaction and service development.
- Ensure timely data collection and accurate data submission for each account.
- Balance customer-focused activities with data-driven problem solving and logical analysis to support client outcomes.
- Collaborate within a busy, operationally focused team while taking responsibility for own workload.
