Waste Efficiency is a leading specialist in total waste management and cleaning services for businesses and organisations across the UK. As part of our ongoing growth, we have an exciting vacancy at our Head Office in Worcester for someone looking to build their career within a supportive and forward-thinking company.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, helping to ensure our clients receive a seamless, reliable service. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to arrange waste and cleaning services, coordinate schedules and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll take ownership of keeping our IT systems accurate and up to date, ensuring service information, compliance documentation and reporting are maintained to a high standard. This includes issuing regular customer reports, sharing job information with our finance team, and supporting our field-based operations by making sure they have the support they need to deliver services efficiently.
Alongside this, you’ll help organise the servicing and maintenance of plant and equipment, keeping records in line with planned schedules, and provide general administrative support where needed. It’s a varied, hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys juggling priorities, building strong working relationships and keeping things organised behind the scenes.
Candidate Requirements- Experience in a customer service environment preferred, comfortable and confident in dealing with people via email, MS Teams and on the telephone.
- Able to forge friendly, professional relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- Competent with MS IT packages and with entering data onto database systems.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise workloads.
- Administrative experience in a busy working office with ability to multitask.
- A can-do attitude and a flexible approach.
