Responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Providing accurate information about waste management services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction in one call whenever possible.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Striving to exceed customer expectations and fostering a positive team environment.
- Processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes in service.
- Accepting payments, researching billing inquiries, and updating customer accounts.
- Assisting with dispatching duties when needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of high-volume customer service experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
