We’re seeking a Senior Strategy Director to lead and elevate creative strategy across social, influencer, and content-driven campaigns for some of the world’s most influential brands in sport, music, and entertainment.
This is a senior role that blends brand, social, and influencer strategy with cultural insight and creative rigor. You’ll be responsible for shaping the strategic vision for integrated campaigns, inspiring breakthrough creative, and ensuring the work is grounded in data, culture, and platform fluency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Develop culturally rich, insight-driven creative strategies that fuel social-first and influencer-led campaigns.
- Inspire Creative Excellence: Partner with creative teams to turn strategy into big, brand-building ideas that break convention and push cultural boundaries.
- Mentor & Lead: Manage a high-performing team of strategists, fostering growth, collaboration, and creative innovation.
- Client Partnership: Act as a senior strategic advisor, building trusted relationships with senior clients, understanding their business, and guiding them through evolving digital landscapes.
- Social & Influencer Expertise: Bring deep platform knowledge and social fluency to craft strategies that resonate in real-time culture and creator ecosystems.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate across creative, influencer, partnerships, data, and new business teams to drive cohesive campaign development and flawless execution.
- Thought Leadership: Champion strategy across the agency—upskilling teams, promoting insight-led thinking, and driving new business opportunities.
- Creative Briefing & Storytelling: Craft compelling briefs and narratives that serve as springboards for standout creative and campaigns.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in a strategic role within a leading social, digital, or creative agency
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring strategy teams
- Deep expertise in social and influencer strategy, with proven experience of culturally relevant, effective work
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for culture, content, and creativity
- Strong client management and business development capabilities
