THE·TEAM London is seeking a dedicated Senior Social Account Manager to join our Social and Influencer team in London to work on some of our existing clients in the sports, music and entertainment space. This is a freelance role, starting ASAP until Friday 19th June with potential to extend.
Roles and Responsibilities- Managing, maintaining, and growing the relationship with the client and key stakeholders.
- Execute successful brand campaigns across various clients and verticals.
- Serve as client and internal primary point of contact, leading kick-off calls and weekly status calls.
- Directing and having a positive impact on projects and teams by providing guidance, direction, and a vision to follow.
- Facilitate communication between all departments (Account, Creative, Influencer, Strategy, Production and Leadership).
- Managing projects and working closely with the team to adhere to deadlines and timings.
- Efficiently manage deliverables, timings and budgets independently with minimal oversight.
- Prepare and present project reporting and recap decks, analysing performance relative to the campaign objectives and providing actionable recommendations.
- Partner with internal teams to understand client objectives, strategies and goals and internal requirements.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the changing social landscape and industry trends and technologies.
- Proactively provide recommendations and solutions to client asks, questions or issues.
- Establish strong and solution-oriented client and internal relationships.
- 4+ years' experience in account management within the social space, preferably at a social agency.
- Experience working on sports and FMCG brands.
- Experience implementing social media, digital, influencer and integrated marketing campaigns and always-on social content activation for your clients.
- Detail focused with strong communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic.
- Strong experience nailing account management basics: timeline management, status reports, contact reports and client communications.
- A demonstrated passion for and superb understanding of the social media landscape.
- General proficiency and understanding of social analytics.
- Rockstar presentation and communication skills.
- Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation.
- Ability to multitask and manage time across multiple accounts.
- Comfort running medium to large size projects with minimal oversight.
- Mid to senior level client-facing experience.
- Experience with budget management: scoping, budgeting, financial reporting (burn reports and reconciliations).
