This role is part of the Wasserman Hospitality Sales team and is responsible for providing vital support to the Operations, Finance and Sales teams in the successful delivery of our events and services. The position requires close collaboration with rights holders to ensure that every hospitality experience meets the highest standards. A central focus of the role is to deliver outstanding client service by managing the full customer journey, from initial booking through to post-event feedback, while ensuring each event is executed to the highest quality.

The Championships, Wimbledon; Six Nations & Autumn Nation Series; Lord\’s Cricket Ground; Oval Cricket Ground; Wembley Stadium; Super Bowl; British Grand Prix; Monaco Grand Prix; And many more

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own and manage high-level relationships with venues, suppliers, and rights holders.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for major clients.
  • Taking responsibility for the development and implementation of operational strategies that will support growth.
  • Oversee ticketing operations including inventory management, and allocations for key events.
  • Overseeing the delivery of tickets to customers ensuring that a high customer service standard is well kept.
  • Drive the look and feel of the events within a branding capacity as well as incorporating new ideas to enhance the product offering.
  • Main onsite representation of Wasserman- briefings of key event staff, caterers, venue, guest speakers, security, AV, volunteers
  • Oversee the financial elements of the business being a key approver within the process.
  • Line managing a team of four Operations Coordinators
