Senior Manager, Hospitality Operations role at Wasserman. Wasserman operates at the epicenter of sports, music, entertainment and culture, serving talent, brands and properties on a global scale. Wasserman Hospitality Sales offers access to hospitality experiences worldwide, including partnerships with major venues and events. This role is part of the Wasserman Hospitality Sales team and is responsible for providing vital support to the Operations, Finance and Sales teams in the successful delivery of events and services. The position requires close collaboration with rights holders to ensure that every hospitality experience meets the highest standards. A central focus of the role is to deliver outstanding client service by managing the full customer journey, from initial booking through to post-event feedback, while ensuring each event is executed to the highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage high-level relationships with venues, suppliers, and rights holders.
- Act as the senior point of contact for major clients.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support growth.
- Oversee ticketing operations including inventory management and allocations for key events.
- Ensure delivery of tickets to customers maintains a high standard of customer service.
- Drive the look and feel of events within a branding capacity; incorporate new ideas to enhance the product offering.
- Represent Wasserman on-site for briefings with key staff, caterers, venue teams, guests, security, AV, and volunteers.
- Oversee the financial elements of the business and act as a key approver within the process.
- Line manage a team of four Operations Coordinators.
