The Senior Manager will play a key role within the Motorsport team, developing and implementing events, hospitality programmes and brand experiences both on and off the track, with support from junior team members. This role reports to the Director, Motorsport Events.

What You Will Be Doing

  • General account responsibilities include:
    • Partnership events and hospitality planning aligned to client requirements (audience/guest profile, objectives, budget, KPIs).
    • Implementation of partnership events and hospitality programmes with rights holders and sister agencies; manage suppliers, budget and client reporting.
    • Reporting and evaluation with interpretation of results and client recommendations.
    • Planning and oversight of all events-related deliverables across partnership activation and account management.
    • Manage merchandise/collateral, contractual asset monitoring and status reporting to maximise contractual asset usage.

Role Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Manage key relationships with clients, rights holders and suppliers.
  • Oversee development and delivery of events and activations.
  • Deliver best-in-class client events and activations, aligning to core client narratives across touchpoints.
  • Meet client KPIs and ensure activity is effectively measured.
  • Collaborate on additional client programmes and activations as required.
  • Understand client budget parameters and seek cost-saving opportunities.
  • Pursue opportunities to grow business organically.
  • Monitor and approve spending of direct reports; manage team performance and ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and on time.
  • Promote conflict resolution and manage solutions.
  • Maintain regular interactions with Account Director to align on client goals and with Director and Head of Events - Motorsport to share best practices across events.
  • Support collection and management of Motorsport event documents, trackers, templates and planning materials; share relevant partner news and manage relationship with key events suppliers in the F1 and motorsport network.
  • Develop concise internal and external presentations and reporting; demonstrate professional conduct in all communications.
  • Track time and financial expenses day-to-day.

Skills and Experience You Need

  • Agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Motorsport (F1) experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on large global brands is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to multi-task across activities and tight deadlines; proactive problem solving.
  • Strong operations and logistics management including planning shipments, transport and global travel.
  • Strong spreadsheet and budget management skills (Microsoft Excel); presentation skills (PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Team management and coordination of junior members.
  • Creative thinking with awareness of event industry trends; attention to detail and organization.
  • International travel will be required for client activations and events.
  • Flexible working: minimum three days per week in the London office.
