Wasserman London seeks a Sr. Director to join our Social & Influencer department. Responsibilities
- Demonstrates strategic ability to help develop, manage, and coordinate long-term execution plans from client objectives and implement those plans
- Possesses a strong understanding of integrated campaign management
- Oversee the execution of social campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring alignment with brand expectations, deliverables and campaign brief
- Provide daily account management via in-person, phone, or email with client and agency partners
- Ability to sell in big ideas that drive brand awareness and relevance
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize
- Deepen the client relationship through recommending, fostering, creating, and delivering effective campaigns
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective social campaigns
- Establish strong and trusting client relationships internally and externally
- Monitor industry news and trends and report updates including influencer landscape
- Identify emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation in collaboration with strategy and client
- Work with New Business on RFPs, assigning project leads and deliveringables
- Devise engagement strategies, approve content, manage scopes and campaigns, and oversee resource allocation to align with strategic vision
- Facilitate client presentations and internal briefings
- Keep agency teams informed, focused, and motivated about business objectives
Skills And Experience You Will Need
- 5-7+ years’ agency experience managing Social and Influencer led accounts
- Experience onboarding and growing a new client
- Strong knowledge of awareness marketing principles and strategies for Social and Creator
- Smooth communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic. Ability to work onsite with clients to streamline communications and identify growth opportunities
- Natural leadership abilities with experience managing strategy and creative to deliver innovative ideas
- Experience implementing social media, influencer, digital and integrated campaigns
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Commitment to excellence—willingness to work nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipate issues, and communicate diplomatically; identify emerging platforms and trends
