The Performance team sits at the intersection of brands, rights holders and technology, using data to help our partners better understand, grow and engage their audiences to achieve commercial outcomes.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support better decision-making for both our clients and our teams.
Working across a global portfolio, you'll lead analytics projects, develop innovative data solutions, and help shape the future of our analytics capability.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership.
You'll work closely with client teams, contribute to new business opportunities, mentor an analyst, and collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to continuously improve how we use data.
What You'll Do
- Lead analytics for a portfolio of global clients, turning campaign and audience data into clear insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
- Design and develop dashboards, forecasting models and proprietary analytics tools that improve decision-making and create operational efficiencies.
- Support data-led consultancy projects, including audience analysis, digital rights valuation, segmentation and performance measurement.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve data quality and enhance the team's use of analytics technologies.
- Contribute to new business opportunities by providing analytical expertise for proposals, scopes of work and client presentations.
- Help shape the Performance team's analytics strategy, data roadmap and future capabilities.
- Mentor and support junior analysts, encouraging knowledge sharing, continuous learning and high-quality delivery.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, communicating analytical findings in a clear, accessible and commercially relevant way.

You'll likely bring
- Experience delivering analytics solutions in a commercial environment such as an agency, media, sport, entertainment or another data-rich industry.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience working with large datasets, developing dashboards and building predictive or forecasting models.
- Experience improving reporting processes through automation and efficient data workflows.
- Confidence working with customer and audience data, including segmentation, measurement and performance analysis.
- The ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues and contributing to the development of an analytics function.
- Curiosity, commercial awareness and a continuous improvement mindset.
