Due to continued growth within a key client’s global partnership portfolio, Wasserman is seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Manager to support the development, production, and execution of a high-profile global brand partnership within motorsport. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of international sport, delivering world-class brand activations across a global race calendar. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and consistent delivery standards across all events.
What You Will Be Doing
- Global Planning & Pre-Production
- Support global activation planning in collaboration with the wider production and account teams
- Assist in pre-production across all event delivery elements, including:
- Project scheduling and timelines
- Build plans and technical specifications
- Signage and branding deployment
- Supplier onboarding documentation
- Operational planning
- Contribute to the development and refinement of a comprehensive production and operations playbook for use across all races
- Support global logistics planning, including permits, visas, licenses, and freight coordination
- Manage local print production requirements
- Act as a key on-site production contact, coordinating and managing local suppliers and stakeholders
- Provide on-site event delivery support, including:
- Live event execution
- Production office management
- Real-time troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support de-rig operations in collaboration with the Production team
- Assist with post-event reconciliation, budget tracking, and supplier settlements
- Support post-event reporting and internal documentation
Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in event production planning and delivery
- Proven experience managing suppliers and building strong working relationships
- Agency experience preferred
- Experience in motorsport desirable but not essential
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally throughout the race calendar
