An exciting opportunity to play a central and integral role within the thriving Private & Special Events division of Wasserman Music’s London office. Representing some of the UK’s most exciting emerging and established artists, the successful candidate will be organised, adaptable and motivated. The role will involve working closely with the wider business including Agents, Managers, Assistants, Finance & Legal, independently liaising with bookers, negotiating fees and presenting offers to artiste management. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy environment, be able to juggle multiple projects and work well under pressure and have a good knowledge of the Wasserman Music roster, as well as being a strong independent operator.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling both incoming enquiries for bookings, and proactively reaching out to find performance opportunities for acts on the Wasserman Music roster.
- Source artist intel & data and help build bespoke roster pitches as & when needed.
- Maintaining and fostering relationships with bookers.
- Support the wider team with ideas, intel, market research etc., with a view to help securing business.
- Attend shows booked by the team.
- Manage assigned projects from start to finish considering timelines, deadlines, and objectives.
- Regularly and proactively share industry intel and updates with the team.
