Our Client Services team plays a key role in the delivery of our client accounts and events. An extremely busy, fast-paced, exciting and diverse area of the LIVE·TEAM business, we deliver throughout the UK, Europe and for clients across the globe. The role sits within our Rugby Team, based between both our Orpington and Hook offices with some on-site time with our clients. You will regularly have the opportunity to travel to Twickenham, the home of England Rugby.
You'll be working as part of an experienced and dynamic team, primarily focusing on the successful management and operational delivery of extensive signage and branding projects. You will work across the entire life cycle of prominent projects from start to finish. Project planning is central to what we do, and you'll also be involved in client management, budgeting, feasibility reviews and implementation, administration and project support, as well as on-site crew management and stakeholder liaison.
The job role will include tasks and responsibilities such as:
- Central senior day to day contact for our clients and overall management of project delivery.
- Creation of project and signage programs, budgets and project documentation, developing successful delivery strategies based on client-led operational deadlines.
- Detailed advance planning and management of complex logistical requirements.
- Providing clear and timely internal communications, working with LIVE·TEAM Studio, Production and Logistics Teams to schedule capacity and ensure detailed planning, as well as management of on-site resource/teams.
- Communicating and managing program deadlines with clients, ensuring key dates are met and client expectations are continuously managed.
- Understand, develop and manage the client's objectives, priorities and expectations.
- Provide line management and direction to other team members, ensuring all client and LIVE·TEAM requirements are met to the highest standards and team members are supported and developed.
- Lead by example and ensure knowledge sharing within the team and wider business.
- Ensuring the LIVE·TEAM and client Health and Safety processes are adhered to, promoting best practice across every single project.
- Working with the LIVE·TEAM Live H&S Manager to ensure documentation is correct, continuously reviewed and updated.
- Ensuring contract terms are understood, monitored and met, and your wider account team continues to deliver a high-quality service against agreed contract KPIs.
- Building strong, trusted and long-lasting relationships, providing strategic advice to clients leading to development of existing revenue streams, identification of new business opportunities and ongoing contract renewal.
- Senior oversight and day-to-day budget control, working closely with the Account Director and Associate Director to monitor, control and accurately price projects, maximizing margins and ensuring timely payment schedules.
- Proactively drive and champion LIVE·TEAM’s sustainability policy, finding innovative ways to align our goals with that of our clients through the use of more environmentally friendly products, processes and delivery strategies.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
- A technical understanding of event branding and signage production.
- Strong project management experience across operational planning and delivery, to challenging timeframes.
- Collaborative and clear approach to commercial development and communication.
- Strong in relationship management and diplomacy, including negotiating with and influencing decision making.
- Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously, prioritising and delegating where required, while ensuring continuous attention-to-detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, ensuring project systems and procedures are set up and structured correctly.
- Ability to think on your feet, evaluate risks and take decisions to resolve issues, demonstrating problem solving skills.
- Confident taking the financial lead on projects and client accounts, managing budgets and cost control.
- Promoting collaboration and cooperation across our business.
- Comfortable working with and managing groups of cross-functional teams, some of which may work remotely or across other locations/offices.
