We are looking for a talented 3D Designer to bring live environments, brand overlays and experiential spaces to life. Your Mission

- Support the Story: Work closely with the wider creative team to ensure each visualisation strengthens the project narrative and communicates the design intent clearly.
- Design with Reality in Mind: Consider scale, materials, ergonomics, sightlines, movement and production feasibility from the earliest stages.
- Refine Through Feedback: Adapt models, layouts and renders quickly in response to internal, client and production feedback.
- Deliver Visual Quality: Maintain a high standard of finish across all 3D outputs, from fast-turnaround concept visuals to polished presentation renders.
Your Toolkit
- 3D Modelling & Rendering: Strong skills in 3ds Max or Maya, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp or equivalent visualisation software.
- Adobe Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to support texture creation, presentation layouts and visual refinement.
- Spatial Awareness: A strong understanding of scale, proportion, lighting, guest flow and how people interact with physical environments.
- Production Understanding: Awareness of materials, fabrication methods, event overlay, exhibitions, retail environments or temporary structures.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Adobe Premiere or real-time visualisation workflows would be highly advantageous.
Who You Are
- A Visual Problem-Solver: You can find smart ways to make an idea look exceptional while keeping it buildable.
- Detail-Driven: You care about texture, light, composition, finish and the small cues that make a render feel convincing.
- Collaborative: You can work with designers, CAD, production and account teams to keep the creative intent intact.
- Fast and Flexible: You are comfortable moving quickly, iterating often and staying composed when deadlines tighten.
