For more information, please visitthe.team . We\’re seeking a Senior Director to join The·Team\’s growing Advisory Team, with a focus onleading high-impact strategy projects and high-value clients . This role is for a commercially minded senior strategist who thrives in fast‐paced environments, proactively shapes opportunities, and plays a central role in delivering transformative strategy projects, driving client growth by unlocking opportunities across our core business capabilities and supporting new business growth. You will lead complex advisory accounts and projects predominantly for brands across sport, music, and entertainment, while also managing strategic responses that convert opportunities into long‐term partnerships. You\’ll work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders to define strategic solutions, sharpen propositions, unlock growth opportunities, and clearly articulate the commercial value of partnerships. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‐to‐end strategy engagements, from scoping and framing the challenge through to insight development, strategic recommendation, and senior client presentation. Own and drive forward high‐value advisory accounts, applying strategic rigour from strategy development, acquisition and on‐going optimisation, and provide senior counsel to clients that enables the identification of opportunities to drive growth across the account. Lead high‐impact advisory projects, ensuring clarity of thinking, commercial rigour, and actionable outcomes. Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, helping shape long‐term partnership, growth, and investment strategies. Bring structure and direction to complex, ambiguous briefs, ensuring work is decisive, insight‐led, and commercially impactful. Drive account strategic plans encompassing annual planning, measurement and evaluation frameworks and potential renewal negotiations. Help evolve The·Team\’s strategic methodologies, frameworks, and intelligence capabilities to maintain best‐in‐class advisory standards. Business Development & GrowthSupport and drive business growth opportunities, owning strategic responses and contributing senior‐level thinking that helps convert opportunities into revenue at pace. Partner with Brand & Property teams to develop compelling commercial narratives that clearly demonstrate The·Team\’s value to prospective and existing clients. Support in identifying growth opportunities across existing clients and categories, helping unlock incremental revenue and long‐term partnerships. About YouYou are a confident, commercially focused strategist who enjoys leading complex advisory work as part of a team. Skills & Experience8-10+ years\’ experience in strategy, consulting, or commercial advisory roles within agency, sport, entertainment, or brand marketing. Proven experience leading complex strategy projects and delivering senior‐level client engagements. Proven track record of managing long‐term strategies and accounts, with demonstrable growth over time. Experience contributing to or leading new business pitches, RFP responses, and growth initiatives. Deep understanding of how brands and rights‐holders use partnerships, channels, and platforms to drive business objectives. Ability to distil complex information into clear, persuasive strategic arguments for senior stakeholders. Confident communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills, particularly in board‐level and pitch environments. Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of how strategy and partnerships support broader business growth. Highly proactive and entrepreneurial, with the ability to anticipate opportunities and act quickly. Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‐paced environments and making informed decisions with pace and confidence.
