We are long-term career development strategists who work with artists to expand their reach and deepen their impact with audiences around the world. Wasserman Music is part of Wasserman, which operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, serving talent, brands and properties on a global scale.

An exciting opportunity to play a central and integral role within the thriving Brand Partnership division of Wasserman Music’s London office. Working across some of the UK’s most exciting emerging and established artists, the successful candidate will provide admin support across the four brand agents on the team and two support staff. This is a junior position suited to someone organised, pro-active, and eager to learn more. You will be working closely with Agents, Managers, Assistants and Finance both within and outside the company.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Team & diary management
  • Raising contracts and invoices as and when requested by the team
  • Updating decks, sales and marketing collateral as needed
  • Manage guestlist requests
  • Source artist intel & data and help build bespoke roster pitches as & when needed
  • Run meeting agendas, capture meeting notes and schedule necessary follow-ups (internal & external as needed)
  • Build robust working relationships with the core team and wider business
  • Deliver wider admin and research tasks, as defined by the wider team
  • Initiate and run product gifting scheme and fashion week attendance coordination for acts
  • Regularly and proactively share industry intel and updates with the team

  • A highly motivated and conscientious individual
  • Pro-activity and organisation. Must be able to oversee and prioritise multiple projects at any one time
  • Ability to take direction positively
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Willingness to work out-of-hours, attending shows & events when required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Good overall knowledge and interest in music in general
