You are a passionate Designer with a portfolio of work that demonstrates an aptitude for craft and “doing it yourself”. You sweat the small stuff and have a fanaticism for typography, spatial design, and pushing the boundaries of what a brand can be. We are the Creative Department within a global agency doing experiential work for the world’s most iconic brands. We work in a collaborative environment made up of exceptional thinkers, makers and doers, Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and 3D Environmental Artists. Together we will create visually bespoke, tech-forward, fan-focused experiences for some of the world’s most iconic brands to activate in sports, music and entertainment spaces. Creating everything from pitch decks to branding to interactive physical spaces, overseeing and contributing to ideas from inception to production.
What You Will Be Doing
- Create beautiful work for all visual aspects of a project, ensuring brand standards are adhered to.
- Stay on top of contemporary trends and infuse them into your craft.
- Continuously push yourself to produce industry leading creative.
- Have an advanced knowledge of digital and physical (for both small and large scale) formats and how to design for each.
- Manage time and work across concurrent projects ensuring deadlines aren’t missed.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal presenting internally and to clients when appropriate.
- Regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability and promptness.
What You Need
- 2-5+ years industry experience
- Strong conceptual and executional skills
- Great eye for typography, layout, visual storytelling, branding & spatial design
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote
- Other software a plus but not a requirement
