Depending on Your Level, You Might Be:

  • Account Executive (0–2 yrs exp): You're the engine, supporting programs with logistics, documentation, and hands‑on coordination. You’re eager to learn, quick on your feet, and a team player to the core.
  • Account Manager / Sr. Account Manager (3–6 yrs exp): You're the day‑to‑day client lead and internal driver. You manage timelines, scopes, and production alignment. You think two steps ahead and can pivot quickly with grace.
  • Account Director (6+ yrs exp): You lead accounts and client relationships at a strategic level. You guide teams, own budgets, solve problems fast, and help shape the client’s vision into a winning experience. You're as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on‑site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs.
  • Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans.
