We are seeking an innovative and highly organized Experiential Senior Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing the pre-production of experiential stands, overseeing logistics, installation, and budget management, while ensuring adherence to critical time paths.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Pre-production planning and execution of experiential projects, ensuring all aspects meet brand objectives and client expectations.
  • Oversee logistics coordination, including transportation, installation, and dismantle of experiential stands.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and tracking expenses.
  • Create and maintain critical time paths for project milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with directors and teams, providing regular updates on project status and operational challenges.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
  • 3-5+ years experience in a similar agency or role
  • Proven experience in experiential marketing and operations management, preferably at manager level
  • Exceptional project management skills with a strong understanding of logistics and installation processes.
  • Strong budget management and financial acumen.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel as needed.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
