THE·TEAM seeks a Sr. Influencer Manager to join our Social & Influencer department, with influencer experience that truly understands the social landscape and has a passion for influencers and sport. The right candidate will oversee influencer campaigns, manage project leads and build meaningful client relationships. They will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a streamlined and effective execution of projects. They will use their experience and understanding of the digital space to deliver impactful influencer campaigns, in line with schedule and budget.

Successful candidates will lead campaigns and act as a trusted resource for clients and internal team members. You should be passionate about the evolution of the brand-customer relationship and enthusiastic about all things digital and social. You should have a high-level ability to communicate effectively, creatively solve problems, and make decisions. Most importantly, you should be curious to learn and willing to put yourself in uncomfortable positions, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what is possible. Whilst not necessary, the ideal candidate has an unwavering interest, passion and understanding of sports, particularly football, as well as extensive knowledge across the influencer/creator sports space and best practices of using influencers/creators to activate sports partnerships/campaigns.

This position will involve a good deal of project management, so you should be comfortable managing both timelines and clients simultaneously, as well as multiple projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Execute successful influencer campaigns across several Global & EMEA clients and verticals, both individually and simultaneously.
  • Serve as client primary contact, leading kick-off calls and weekly status calls, acting as the main point of contact for clients/internal teams and executing campaigns from start to finish, while providing strategic recommendations and creative solutions.
  • Able to identify new business opportunities or incremental growth throughout a campaign.
  • Provide strategic and creative solutions to drive impactful results against client goals.
  • Identify, source, vet, negotiate and contract topical and high-performing, engaging and industry leading influencer talent to relevant campaigns.
  • Leading and guiding team members on liaison between talent managers and internal teams/clients for campaign management, social execution, day-to-day communication, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Demonstrate the ability to negotiate with talent and agents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to outline client KPIs and ensure these are delivered against.
  • Showcase knowledge, understanding and experience managing paid media processes and reporting. Experience in additional paid media areas such as whitelisting and management of CreatorIQ for social metrics.
  • Efficiently manage campaign deliverables, timelines and budgets.
  • Lead and oversee the team’s delivery of campaign materials such as weekly status call agendas, timelines, and execution documents to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Prepare and present project reporting, analyzing performance relative to the campaign objectives and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain in-depth, relevant knowledge of the changing social landscape, social trends, industry trends, and technologies.
  • Manage 1-2 direct reports.
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience managing clients and executing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to work across multiple projects.
  • Experience working across large Global clients (sports/football-focused clients a bonus).
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Well versed in influencer marketing space with knowledge of all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and Snapchat).
  • Strong industry network of top-tier creators and agents/agencies contacts.
  • Successfully understands how to work with cross-functional teams to execute successful campaigns.
  • Management experience of internal teams.
  • Confident communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with client facing role.
  • Passionate about the influencer and talent space.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding client expectations and goals.
  • Commitment to excellence – working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy.
