As a Senior Account Manager, you will support the day-to-day management and delivery of motorsport partnership accounts. You will play a key role in executing sponsorship campaigns, managing client and rights-holder relationships, and supporting junior team members. This role reports to a Partnerships Director within the Motorsports team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:- Client & Account Management
- Build a strong understanding of client brand objectives, market landscape, and competitors.
- Deliver partnership and sponsorship campaigns, supporting strategy development and tactical execution.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, rights holders, and key suppliers.
- Coordinate delivery of digital content and social activations in line with campaign objectives.
- Support ideation sessions and contribute to creative development across partnerships.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client reporting to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Support KPI tracking and post-campaign evaluation, providing insights and learnings.
- Run regular project updates and status meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Proactively identify risks and challenges and escalate where appropriate.
- Support and guide junior team members, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and specialists to ensure integrated delivery.
- Build strong working relationships across Wasserman to support effective account delivery.
- Support budget tracking, reconciliation, and forecasting, identifying efficiencies where possible.
- Assist in identifying incremental growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Strong client servicing and account management experience, ideally within an agency environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills, including PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting or managing junior team members.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and solutions.
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Motorsport experience preferred.
- Experience working with large global brands desirable but not essential.
