Our Client Services team plays a key role in the delivery of our client accounts and events. An extremely busy, fast-paced, exciting and diverse area of the Wasserman Live business, we deliver throughout the UK, Europe and for clients across the globe. The role sits within our Orpington Team, based between this office and some on-site time with our clients. You will be working as part of an experienced and dynamic team, primarily focusing on the successful management and operational delivery of extensive signage and branding projects. You will work across the entire life cycle of prominent projects from start to finish. Project planning is central to what we do, and you will also be involved in client management, budgeting, feasibility reviews and implementation, administration and project support, as well as on-site crew management and stakeholder liaison.
The job role will include tasks and responsibilities such as:
- Implementation of Project Management disciplines, processes and skills including programme and risk management.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
- Experience within a similar role is preferred.
- Solid experience of project management processes and on-site delivery of projects.
- Ability to multi-task - you will be working across a number of activities at the same time, delivering consistently high-quality work to tight deadlines is key.
- Good communication skills across a variety of formats including verbal, written and presentational.
- A high proficiency of numeracy and literacy, including knowledge and capability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Creative thinking.
- Problem solving - ability to identify risks and issues and propose innovative solutions to resolve.
- Ability to meet challenges and quickly deliver workable solutions in demanding environments.
- Time management skills, both independently and when working as part of a wider team.
- Ability to prioritise to meet challenging deadlines.
