Our Client Services team plays a key role in the delivery of our client accounts and events. An extremely busy, fast-paced, exciting and diverse area of the LIVE·TEAM business, we deliver throughout the UK, Europe and for clients across the globe.
This specific role involves leading on client and stakeholder management, budgeting, feasibility reviews and implementation, problem solving and risk mitigation, as well as on-site crew management and stakeholder liaison. It includes detailed advance planning and management of complex logistical requirements.
Provide line management and direction to other team members, ensuring all client and LIVE·TEAM requirements are met to the highest standards and team members are supported and developed. Lead by example and ensure knowledge sharing within the team and wider business.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:- Strong project management experience across operational planning and delivery, to challenging timeframes.
- Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously, prioritising and delegating where required, while ensuring continuous attention-to-detail.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, ensuring project systems and procedures are set up and structured correctly.
- Ability to think on your feet, evaluate risks and take decisions to resolve issues, demonstrating problem solving skills.
- Flexibility to move between events and LIVE·TEAM teams to develop knowledge and skills, to support the wider business.
- Ability to motivate others and always lead by example.
