FIXED TERM CONTRACT – SUMMER 26
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Managing ticketing and guest programme allocations across multiple markets for the client
- Managing direct communication with the client across multiple markets
- Self & Team Management – you will build the respect and commitment of team members by developing a collaborative working relationship.
- Development and management of own relationship with the client, and day-to-day client management
- Lead the relationships and management of markets, all agencies, partners and programme guests
- Effective management of regular project and status meetings with clients (and markets where relevant), including consolidation of notes and actions
- Support in the campaign strategy and project planning (with Account lead)
- Lead all market communication, global toolkits, guest engagement planning
- Management of project timelines, invoicing/cost management, POs
- Approvals process and management
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Highly organised with proven attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Implementation – you will be central to bringing the plans to life, managing dedicated areas of the account. You will have an instrumental role working as part of an All Agency team and working with multiple stakeholders to deliver a high-end ticketing and guest programme. Agency experience is preferred but not essential.
Ability to adapt to multiple ticketing platforms. Experience working on large global consumer brands is preferred, but not essential. Ability to influence decision making processes, both within the Agency and the client organisation. Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines. Ability to think on your feet and take appropriate actions to resolve any unforeseen issues as they arise. Ability to enthuse and motivate others. Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients/suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – and attention to detail. Knowledge of, and passion for sport is a bonus.
