We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate Manager to join our Global Rights team and play a key role in supporting high-value sports and entertainment partnerships worldwide. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our Rights team and is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insight, building scalable processes, and enabling sales teams to perform at their best.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and pipeline reporting
- Extract, analyse, and interpret Salesforce data to support forecasting and decision-making
- Prepare board-level materials and executive reporting
- Partner closely with Finance to ensure pipeline alignment and forecast accuracy
- Salesforce Administration & Data Management
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration and user support
- Oversee user access, data imports/exports, and data quality standards
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Act as first-line technical support for a 35–40 person global sales team
- Sales Process Management & Coordination
- Monitor pipeline progression and deal flow
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to support deal execution
- Ensure meeting insights and activity are accurately captured in Salesforce
- Track sales activity metrics and manage sales logistics
- Systems Training & User Enablement
- Deliver Salesforce training for new hires and existing team members
- Create and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation
- Run user support office hours
- Support the rollout and adoption of new tools, including HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- KPI Development & Performance Monitoring
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track sales performance
- Monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy
- Identify trends and provide proactive insights to senior leadership
- Support ad-hoc commercial and operational analysis
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
- 1-2+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar commercial support role
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin I certification a plus, not required)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Proven experience owning financial or operational reporting
- Experience supporting sales teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, self-directed mindset with a bias for action
