What You’ll be Doing:
- Direct teams of mid to senior-level, inspiring high levels of craft and collaboration.
- Contribute to both live client work and new business pitches.
- Partner with Strategy, Accounts, and Production Leads to ensure output meets both creative ambition and the commercial goals of the client/business.
- Manage multiple projects (4–8 at any one time) with clarity, calm, and vision.
- Present ideas and craft narratives confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong grasp of integrated storytelling across key channels including Experiential, Partnerships, PR, Social, Brand Acts, Hospitality, On Trade, Show and Retail.
- Experience working across diverse formats - from physical experiences to digital.

- Excellent time management to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on when needed, with the ability to jump in and elevate ideas under pressure.
- Confident communicator and natural collaborator with clients and agency teams alike.
This role is within a sports and entertainment marketing agency, and the candidate must be a specialist in Experiential Marketing to lead creative work for brands including ATP Tennis, Rexona, Bacardi Group, MINI, adidas and more. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable directing teams and getting hands-on whenever the project demands it. You’ll shape bold, culturally resonant ideas that sit across channels.
