We are long-term career development strategists who work with artists to expand their reach and deepen their impact with audiences around the world.

Perform coordinator-level tasks while focusing on developing A&R skillset, taking a more active role in booking processes as directed by Responsible Agent(s), and strengthening industry relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Maintain accurate artist contact records and deal memos in the bespoke CRM booking system.
  • Keep client bios, riders, and marketing assets current and organised.
  • Enter offers and show details into the CRM system promptly.
  • Issue contracts for confirmed performances and manage any amendments.
  • Monitor and follow up on unreturned or unsigned contracts.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed artist itineraries.
  • Generate and send invoices for deposits, balances, and other show-related payments.
  • Record settlement figures in the CRM and coordinate with accounting to issue statements.
  • Track outstanding deposits and liaise with the finance team to ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare immigration documentation, including Certificates of Sponsorship.
  • Coordinate tour announcements and on-sales, working closely with promoters and client teams on ticketing and artwork.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings; manage calendars for agents and maintain internal artist calendars.
  • Oversee guest list management for shows and festivals.
  • Support the team with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Fulfil all duties associated with the coordinator role.
  • Develop A&R skills by scouting talent and sharing artist recommendations with agents.
  • Lead the planning and execution of performance opportunities for assigned clients under agent guidance.
  • Contribute to client tours across various agent desks within Wasserman Music.
  • Offer creative input on artist development and strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, promoters, talent buyers, and label staff.
  • Engage in regular discussions with Responsible Agent(s) about goals, growth, and career development.
  • Foster positive collaboration across departments and team members.
  • Champion a team-oriented, inclusive culture aligned with Wasserman Music’s values.

  • Previous experience within a Music Assistant role
