Onboarding & Offboarding
- Oversee contract generation for all of EMEA & APAC for employee and contingent workforce and personally handle specialised and/or senior contracts directly.
- Ensure all compliance processes and tracking for new hires are completed, including ownership of right to work verification and re-verification processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end IR35 and contingent worker process, including status determinations, documentation, and guidance to stakeholders and team.
- Build out standardised onboarding process for EMEA & APAC to ensure consistent and efficient onboarding across both regions.
- Responsible for the content and delivery of training sessions for new hires.
- Oversee offboarding processes, ensuring proper closure of accounts and systems.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (IT, Office Services, People Partnering) to deliver a seamless and efficient operational process.
Employee Support & Information Sharing
- Build and maintain employee-facing content on the company intranet and Workday to enable self-service.
- Work with wider team to automate communication and processes through Workday and other systems.
- Provide initial guidance to employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and escalate as needed to other people team members.
- Manage employee queries via the people ticketing system, assigning tickets across the team and ensuring a professional, positive employee experience.
- Develop and enhance the ticketing system to better address employee queries, including the implementation and tracking of SLAs.
- Report on people team tickets to gain insights on where we can make changes to our processes and content to better support employees and streamline processes.
Data & Record Keeping
- Oversee and actively manage data processing in Workday.
- Manage and maintain templates for employee and contingent worker agreements along with variation and benefit letters.
- Document processes in the team playbook.
- Ensure all HR documentation is kept confidential and securely filed in a timely manner.
General
- Support with ad hoc projects.
- Actively contribute to a culture of continual improvement, making recommendations and using initiative to ensure best in class People Operations delivery.
